Our Forward Stock Location (FSL) storage and call off services offer technology providers the ability to maintain spare and replacement parts within easy reach of client premises in the Midlands, without the costs involved in dedicated premises and staffing and the complication of premises leases and licences.

24 hour call off and distribution of parts allows our clients to adhere to SLAs measured in a small number of hours rather than days and the benefits to service users of “first time fix” through delivery of the relevant parts to site is immeasurable.
A fully flexible storage facility allows us to adapt racking, shelving and bin locations to exactly meet the needs of clients; maximising available space whilst minimising cost.

Our comprehensive FSL services are backed up by full inventory management; flexible pick and pack solutions and our trained couriers can even provide on-site technical assistance through our Tech-Courier service.
